For many parents, the word “digital games” conveys a message that says that these are activities non educational for their child. As a student, that means fun, fun, fun! What most parents misunderstand is that with the educator’s expertise, educators are using games as a medium for learning or incorporating games in their curriculum.

In this course, we were asked to play varies games and do game-to-classroom maps according to the teaching standards. Students tend to have better learning outcome when playing games because the games engage and motivate students and offer custom learning experiences while promoting long-term memory and providing practical experience.
