Advanced Computer Application in Education

This course exposed me to many types of technology that are being utilized in the education environment especially in the K-12 sector. This demonstrates that educators are constantly seeking for the latest technology to be utilized in their teaching. Throughout this course, we were asked to use varies tools by reflecting on the following:

1. Awareness
2. Exploration and filtration
3. Learning
4. Personal or professional application
5. Sharing and reflection

After analyzed the tool based on the five items above, I have a better understanding and vision of how technology effects teaching and learning. Whether the tool is being used in classroom or online, it is important for an educator to use it appropriately to reach their goals and objectives.
